Most matters are fixed-fee once scope is agreed in writing. Hourly or retainer models are used for ongoing engagements. We share a written scope and fee before any work begins.

Is my information confidential?

Yes. Facts, documents, and discussions are kept private and used only for the agreed scope. Where independent professionals are coordinated, information is shared on a need-to-know basis.

Can MMLC work with my existing CA or lawyer?

Yes. We frequently coordinate with a client’s existing professional. MMLC fills the gap between law, documents, and execution so your existing relationships stay intact.

Do you handle matters outside Delhi and Bihar?

Yes. MMLC is remote-first. We support clients across India, and coordinate suitable local professionals where in-person work or local filing is required.

How long does a typical engagement take?

Document drafting is usually 3–7 working days. Registrations and filings depend on the authority — we share the expected timeline as part of the written scope.
