Dispute & Complaint Guidance

Know your real options before you fight, settle, or escalate.

Most disputes have three or four real options — not one. MMLC reviews consumer, civil, payment, workplace, and documentation-related disputes, explains the realistic outcomes of each route, and helps you pick the one that actually fits your time, cost, and energy.

  • Forum-aware
  • Cost-vs-outcome framed
  • Settlement-first where it makes sense

When clients use this

Common situations we see.

Someone owes you money

You have unpaid invoices, cheques bouncing, or a loan that has gone bad and you want to recover.

A purchase went wrong

A product, service, or builder has failed to deliver and you want a real remedy, not a runaround.

Workplace situation

You were terminated unfairly, dues are stuck, or a bond is being enforced against you.

Family or property dispute

A family property, partition, or inheritance matter has reached a point where direction is needed.

FAQ

What clients usually ask.

Will you represent me in court?

MMLC is not a law firm. We coordinate a suitable independent advocate for representation where the route requires it.

How long does the assessment take?

Most assessments are delivered within 3–5 working days after document review.

Can disputes really be settled?

Often yes — and usually cheaper and faster than litigation. We always present settlement as one of the real options.

What if I lose the case?

Outcomes depend on facts, evidence, and the forum. The assessment is honest about probability so you decide with eyes open.
