MMLC — Maharshi Mehi Legal Consultancy — is a structured legal, document, tax, and compliance consultancy. We don’t replace your lawyer or CA. We do the work most clients actually need before they ever get to one: read the matter properly, organize the documents, define the scope in writing, and coordinate the right specialists when the work calls for it.
Why MMLC exists
Most legal mistakes happen before the lawyer ever sees the matter.
By the time most people walk into a law office, the damage is half done. A notice was sent without proper evidence. A contract was signed without reading the indemnity clause. A property was bought without checking the chain of title. A startup was incorporated as the wrong entity. A GST registration was missed by six months.
