Agreements & Contracts

Contracts that protect you when things go right — and when they don't.

Most disputes start with a contract that was never written, or written poorly. MMLC drafts and reviews agreements that are clear, enforceable, and tilted in your favour where the law allows — without the lazy template clauses that fall apart in court.

  • Plain-language clauses
  • Risk & liability framed
  • Enforceable structure

FAQ

What clients usually ask.

How long does a fresh draft take?

Standard agreements: 3–5 working days. Complex commercial or shareholder agreements: 7–10 working days.

Do you provide templates?

No. Templates are why bad contracts exist. We draft to your facts and your business model.

Can you negotiate with the other side?

We provide negotiation comments and language; direct negotiation through an advocate is scoped separately if needed.

What about stamp duty and registration?

We share the applicable stamping and registration position for your state, and coordinate where required.
